I was out of touch for a week due to travel and acclimatization. Over the past two days, I’ve been reflecting on how I spent this year. I reviewed my plans to ensure I didn’t stray off course amidst the daily routine and the constant noise of news, which can easily distract you from your goals.
Seeing new places and experiencing new environments opens up new neural connections, making you think differently. Thank you to everyone who reached out and asked if everything was okay and why I wasn’t posting on the channel. I’m fine and back in action.
Market Situation:
The market hasn’t seen significant changes. The latest correction, in my opinion, won’t last long. I expect the market to recover quickly and continue its upward movement, as we are currently in a growth phase. Despite the correction, some coins have already reached my target points for profit-taking.
I’d like to highlight the Bitget (BGB) token, which has grown by 400% over the past month and by 700% in the last 90 days. I initially bought it to participate in the Launchpool, but its growth is driven by major changes within the Bitget ecosystem:
• The exchange announced the burning of 40% of its token supply (approximately $7 billion).
• Starting in 2025, the exchange will conduct quarterly token burns, allocating 20% of its profits from operations on the spot, futures, and NFT markets.
• Bitget also announced the merger of BGB and BWB tokens. BGB will now become the native token of the entire Bitget ecosystem, including Bitget Wallet.
Short Liquidations and Growth:
Short liquidations also pushed the price upward. The token continued to grow even during the market correction. Many traders, seeing a 300-400% increase, opened short positions, expecting a natural pullback. However, the liquidation of shorts automatically buys tokens at market price, further driving the price up.
