🍿 Okay… there’s actually a story behind my $SOLCAT entry.
I went through their X after taking the position, and this is much more interesting than just another cat memecoin.
Right now, Solana is auctioning 9 pieces of advertising space on its official logo/PFP, with 100% of the proceeds going toward Nepal flood relief.
The winners get their artwork displayed on Solana’s official profile + pinned post for an entire week.
And guess who is trying to get on there?
$SOLCAT. 🐈
Their community has been actively pushing and bidding for one of those spots, and from what I’m seeing on their timeline, this has basically become the main mission for the community right now.
That changes the setup for me.
I originally entered around $140K MC because I liked how the chart was holding after the massive flush.
But now there’s also a real short-term catalyst/narrative behind it.
If they actually secure a spot on Solana’s profile for a week, that could put $SOLCAT directly in front of a huge crypto-native audience.
Does that guarantee anything? Absolutely not.
But for a ~$140K memecoin, this is exactly the kind of asymmetric situation I like watching:
small market cap + active community + something real happening outside the chart.
Now I’m even more curious to see how this plays out. 👀
