💜 At Hipo, our mission has always been to build a community-driven protocol — and we’re about to hit a major milestone:

🧩 How It Will Work:
We’re developing a new feature that allows HPO holders to earn their share of Hipo’s revenue.
Here’s how it will work:
1. Join Hipo Club and connect the wallet that holds your HPO.
2. Track your share of revenue after each validation round and see your total earned..
3. At the end of each season, you’ll be able to claim your share — right to your wallet.
🗳 While we finalize the development, there are a few important parameters that need to be decided — and we’ll do that through a DAO vote.
But before the vote, we want to open discussion in Hipo Chat, so everyone can make informed decisions.
💬 Discussion Topics for DAO Setup:
1. Distribution Model:
We propose distributing generated revenue based only on circulating HPO, not the total supply or any undistributed/locked tokens. This includes:
- HPO purchased from the market
- HPO claimed in Hipo Club
- HPO received via airdrops
- What do you think? Should any category be excluded or adjusted?
2. TVL & Revenue Connection:
TVL growth directly increases protocol revenue. This means more profit for HPO holders.
- How can we work as a community to boost TVL?
3. Protocol Fee Adjustment (Currently 6.25%):
This fee determines how much is earned by the protocol vs. stakers.
- Increasing it = more profit to distribute, but possibly lower APY for stakers.
- Lowering it = higher staking APY, but less protocol revenue.
- We must strike the right balance to attract stakers and grow sustainably.
4. Operational Costs:
What percentage of revenue should be set aside to cover ongoing development and operations before distribution to holders? We want the community’s input.
