📰 On February 17, hackers impersonating Saudi Arabia’s Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman launched a fraudulent memecoin named KSA through the compromised X account of the Saudi Law Conference. The conference later confirmed that their account had been hacked. ⚠️ The lack of clear utility, tokenomics, and official support for the KSA memecoin raised suspicions, which were validated when the Saudi Law Conference disavowed the content posted during the breach. They stated on LinkedIn: We confirm that we are working urgently to recover the account, and we fully disclaim any unofficial publications issued through it during this period. 📅 Although the KSA memecoin was officially launched on February 17, its token contract reveals it was created a week earlier on the Solana-based memecoin launchpad pump.
